Chinmaya Naada Bindu Gurukula has been organizing the Naada Bindu Festival, a performing art (music and dance), 3-day residential festival, every year for the past 6 years. In 2017, I got the opportunity to individually take up the visual branding for such a prestigious event.

DESIGn REQUIREMENT

To design the entire visual branding (Logo, overall design language, print collaterals, social media, etc.) for the event, Naada Bindu Festival which is an initiative by Chinmaya Mission to educate and bring the Indian performing arts to the masses.

*THE SHUNYA SPOTLIGHT*
A new little something by Shunya Design Company to highlight the great, inspiring stories we come across while adding value to their journey as designers. Since we draw inspiration from people and stories around us, we thought we’d share these with you too.

This one’s for our very good friend and supporter, Sonali Athani. She is an alumna of WGSHA and CIA Hyde Park, has shaped her culinary expertise with top hotel chains like Novotel, Marriott, Taj, and the Michelin-starred Gary Danko.

After being in the core team of building Farmlore, she launched ‘The Athani Project’, an F&B concierge service, and her food truck, ‘Idu Adu’, which embodies the duality of choices—the balance between comfort food and boujee tastes.

With a mission to make gourmet flavors accessible, Idu Adu offers a unique blend of simplicity and sophistication. Through pop-ups and collaborations, Sonali’s vision celebrates this spectrum of flavors, establishing her as a rising culinary visionary who creates unforgettable dining experiences.

Well the packaging designs we’ve recently wrapped for @browwow.in certainly seems to be making some noise across Mumbai and Bangalore! Go ahead and pick one those and send us a snap of it please!!!

It was challenging to visually encapsulate the concept of indulgence and pleasure along with a prominent shelf throw in retail spaces targeting EVERYONE!

The solid and the broken lines depict the balance of Yang and Yin principles that bring about a sense of balance. The symbol indicates the lateral expansion of individuals looking to spiral out of their mental and physical loops to reach out and embrace a wider and more free state of being consistently!

Kanan and Aalhad shared their moments of their love, spending time in the park, reading and talking for hours. Their love grew stronger while co-parenting their 2 beautiful cats(we have drawn them as they are on the card). Apart from the previously designed formal print cards for relatives, they wanted to share a candid-fun invite to their close friends and other loved ones.
